Some 30 years ago, we pioneered gaming machine training by providing structured courses for N.S.W. gaming machine participants.

One industry identity said to us, “You’re crazy educating venue staff because it would limit opportunities for consulting work.”

We rejected that suggestion and for subsequent years we gained a great deal of satisfaction and recognition from providing gaming machine education.

These days, we don’t market those courses in the same way.

However, we offer gaming machine training courses tailored to a specific venue’s requirements and one-on-one style training as a component of our consulting services.
