We offer brokerage services for the sale or lease of gaming machine entitlements for venues wishing to dispose of them and for venues considering acquiring them.

We ensure that the most economical scenarios are considered in view of the often expensive and prolonged processes of preparing a Local Impact Assessment (LIA). Other restrictions concerning Local Government Areas,  SA2 Bands and new rules dealing with the operation of gaming machines after midnight or 2AM must also be considered.

• Available from a SA2 Band 1 club – 10 gaming machine entitlements for lease for up to 5 years.
• Available from a SA2 Band 3 club – 4 gaming machine entitlements for lease for up to 5 years.
• Available from a SA2 Band 3 club – 9 gaming machine entitlements for lease for up to 5 years.
